The RoleWe’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can take our marketing efforts to the next level. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, designing experiments, and scaling strategies that attract, engage, and convert customers. This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves solving growth challenges.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute growth strategies across digital channels (paid search, social, display, content, email, SEO, partnerships).
- Build, run, and analyze experiments to optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Partnerships to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to continually refine targeting, messaging, and creative.
- Manage paid media budgets with a focus on ROI and CAC optimization.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth levers.
- Own funnel metrics and report on performance with actionable recommendations.
- Stay on top of fintech, proptech, and real estate marketing trends.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition (B2C experience preferred).
- Proven track record of running successful campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
- Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Bonus points if you have experience in FinTech, PropTech, or real estate industries.
