Vixxo is seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Specialist – AI & Automation to be based in our Scottsdale, AZ office.

As our Marketing Operations Specialist – AI & Automation / Client Advisory Board & In-Market Management and Social Content Creator, you’ll help tell that story to the world. This is a unique opportunity to blend technology, creativity, and strategy to help shape how Vixxo connects with prospects, partners, and clients.
You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT, Salesforce, and Gong to design intelligent, data-driven marketing systems that make communication more personalized, impactful, and scalable. Your work will help drive growth, awareness, and trust for a company whose mission directly impacts thousands of businesses and communities every day.

This role sits at the intersection of data, content, and automation, helping us engage prospects and customers through personalized, intelligent campaigns. You’ll also play a key part in marketing operations tasks such as content creation, communications, campaign execution, and event support to strengthen our brand presence and customer experience.This role will be measured on developing/releasing quality content, lead generation, impact of content (if available), and overall goals of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Automation & AI Workflows
- Build and manage automated marketing workflows using ChatGPT, Salesforce, Gong, and marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp in addition to others.
- Design personalized nurture campaigns that adapt to customer data, engagement history, and industry insights.
- Leverage AI to streamline lead follow-up, campaign personalization, and content creation.
- Continuously test and refine automation prompts, triggers, and messaging for maximum engagement and performance.
- Content Development & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute high-quality content including articles/blogs, presentations, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Use data and insights to craft content that resonates with target audiences and supports lead generation goals and leverage designs through Canva or other tools
- Collaborate with sales teams to create materials that drive pipeline development and client engagement.
- Update website content to ensure it reflects Vixxo’s offerings, client success stories, and thought leadership.
- Drive our LinkedIn content through findings from above
- Customer Experience & Partner Enablement
- Partner with customer success and sales to develop client toolkits and guides that enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure all marketing collateral and digital assets are accurate and up to date.
- Identify and document best practices to build scalable, repeatable marketing systems and workflows.
- Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, workflows, and lead generation efforts.
- Use insights from Salesforce, Gong, and automation platforms to optimize engagement and targeting strategies.
- Apply learnings to continually improve automation design and overall marketing efficiency.
- Event & Operations Support and Communications (Other Duties as Assigned)
- Manage swag inventory and shipping for client programs, events, and internal initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and webinars.
- Help organize internal and external events, including customer appreciation and team-building activities.
- Provide operational and administrative marketing support as needed across campaigns and initiatives.
- Support internal and external communications for announcements, product updates, and events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in communications and marketing, with a focus on lead generation, content creation, and customer communications.
- 3+ years of corporate B2B marketing experience, preferably supporting enterprise clients.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Salesforce/CRM, and other marketing automation tools; skilled in standard business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools to automate, personalize, and enhance marketing workflows and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing client engagement campaigns and partnering with sales, customer success, and operations teams to drive new business.
- Strong storytelling skills: able to leverage ChatGPT insights and customer data to develop messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a focus on measurement, optimization, and continuous improvement.
