This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA
About The Role
We are looking for a Compensation/Data Analyst to join the Compensation & People Analytics team at Weee! This role will report to the Director of Global Compensation and contribute to implementing and managing people programs, policies, and procedures related to compensation, performance management and people analytics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data collection, cleaning, organization, analysis, and interpretation to support people programs such as performance review, goal setting, compensation review (cash and equity), people analytics, and ad hoc projects.
- Perform data reviews, reconciliation, and ad hoc reporting to ensure compliance, accuracy and to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking and compensation analyses in line with Weee!’s compensation philosophy.
- Assist in the design and management of Weee!’s global job architecture, salary planning process, equity compensation program, and incentive plans.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners to provide guidance on compensation recommendations within Weee!’s framework.
- Participate in compensation survey submissions, conduct market research and contribute to insights on market trends and best practices.
- Manage sensitive data with integrity and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, or equivalent working experience.
- 1+ years of relevant working experience or equivalent, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with advanced functions and data visualization preferred.
- Basic understanding of compensation principles; eagerness to learn and grow in this field.
- Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to analyze and interpret people data to support key programs and business needs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and a high level of confidentiality.
- Exposure to HRIS (e.g., ADP WorkforceNow) is a plus.

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-100,000
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
