As deeply technical, customer-facing leaders, Solution Architects own the full integration lifecycle. They collaborate with partner engineering teams to design, build, and validate joint solutions, then evangelize them in pre-sale engagements. By blending Zscaler's innovations with partner offerings, the team solves complex security challenges and enables customers to achieve secure digital transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen technical skills and directly influence emerging architectures in the security and AI landscape.

- Providing architectural and “best practices” guidance to partners designing solutions where Zscaler secures and governs access to AI services
- Engaging prospective partners in technical and architectural discussions that showcase differentiated customer outcomes, particularly for integrations involving AI services
- Building strong relationships with technical leaders at Zscaler partners to create Zscaler advocates
- Assisting partners in acquiring the skills to effectively use Zscaler products and technologies
- Authoring or co-authoring technical content (e.g., Deployment guides, blogs, patents, whitepapers, etc.)

- Proven experience adopting new AI offerings and staying current with AI trends, and an understanding of how model capabilities, agent behaviors, and automation workflows influence enterprise security and integration requirements
- Experience architecting solutions involving AI services, with familiarity in how organizations secure, govern, and control user and workload access to AI platforms
- Ability to learn and support cutting-edge technologies while managing priorities across multiple projects
- Strong ability to lead and navigate technical and architectural discussions with clarity and confidence
- Capable of discussing technical topics with business stakeholders and business priorities with technical teams
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to diverse audiences
- Availability to travel globally, as required, to partner sites, conferences, and similar events

- Hands-on proficiency with modern APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows, including those used in AI platforms, automation tools, agent frameworks, and data-driven services
- Experience evaluating new AI capabilities and partner offerings, identifying integration opportunities, and communicating architectural patterns that ensure secure usage, policy enforcement, and data protection
- In-depth understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity concepts, including how human users, applications, and AI agents authenticate and access enterprise and SaaS resources
- Experience creating prototypes, proofs of concept, or reference implementations that demonstrate secure and governed access to AI services, using scripting or general-purpose languages (e.g., Python, Go)
- Broad technical familiarity across security, cloud, networking, and identity, with the ability to apply this foundation to rapidly evolving AI architectures and integration patterns
