What you will do

• Understand client requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define business intelligence needs and objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
• Utilize various BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) to build interactive and dynamic reports that enable self-service analytics for end-users.
• Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across different data sources.
• Collaborate with clients/hives/hubs to deliver BI projects, provide training, and support end-users in effectively utilizing BI tools and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BI and data analytics to recommend and implement best practices for improving data visualization and analysis capabilities.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability in BI solutions.
• Participate in data governance initiatives to establish data standards, data security protocols, and data management best practices.

Who you are

• Able to lead and work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently
• Ability to connect the trends and perform predictive analysis
• Exceptional analytical skills; the ability to see patterns; and a structured and logical approach to decision making
• Excellent skills in Data analysis & Generating key Insights
• Good hands-on experience on tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio & SQL.
• Basic Python and advanced analytics experience would be an added advantage.
• Digital, data, and AI and experience working within a digital and data-driven organization is an added advantage.

• Interacting with various stakeholders and contribute efforts on building enterprise tools and processes
• Continuous learning and development on various tools like Power BI / Tableau, SQL, Business Objects, Power Platform, ETL Integration tools and AI tools for automation
• Solve new challenges to meet changing business requirements, identify and implement process improvement areas and contribute towards web development.
• Open and transparent environment that values innovation and efficiency
