• Own and execute AI-assisted video creation and editing across explainer videos, product demos, founder content, social clips, and promotional assets.

• Use AI video, audio, and motion tools to rapidly turn ideas, scripts, and raw inputs into high-quality video outputs.

• Create multiple variations of the same video optimized for different platforms and audiences.

• Experiment with AI-driven workflows to scale content production without compromising quality.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.

• Enhance videos with AI-powered motion graphics, subtitles, voice, and visual effects.

• Maintain consistent brand tone, pacing, and visual identity across all video formats.

• Continuously test new tools, techniques, and formats to improve speed, quality, and performance.

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing, with hands-on use of AI-powered video tools.

• Strong familiarity with tools such as Runway, Pika, Descript, Veed, Synthesia, Kapwing, or similar.

• Solid fundamentals in storytelling, pacing, framing, and visual composition.

• Ability to ship fast, iterate often, and work across multiple video formats simultaneously.

• Comfort working in a high-velocity, experimental environment.

• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.

• Experience editing short-form, vertical, and platform-native content at scale.

• Familiarity with traditional editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut).

• Experience with AI voice, avatar, or generative visual tools.

• Background in SaaS, B2B, or tech-focused content.

• Work at the intersection of AI, creativity, and content at scale.
