About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Developer-SFDC to join our dynamic team. As we continue to grow and expand our business, we need our systems to grow and adapt accordingly. Our Order Management and Customer Care systems are critical in helping to support that growth and you will be a key contributor to enabling that within our Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce OMS environment.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for the set-up and continued development of the Salesforce OMS as the central OMS
- Develop integrations between Salesforce OMS and other third-party platforms
- Advise on the use of Salesforce-native features and customize solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components as needed
- Help identify and implement improvements to enhance order management processes, user experience, and operational efficiency
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
- Develop software verification plans, test procedures, and unit/integration test cases to achieve 90% test coverage.
- Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code
- Create and maintain documentation for technical designs, processes, and procedures
- Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production system
What you’ll need:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required
- 3+ years minimum of experience on Salesforce Platform designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud using Salesforce Best Practices and Standards
- 3+ years minimum of experience using both programmatic (Apex, VF Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, etc.) and declarative (process builder, flows, data security, validations, etc.) tools
- 1+ years minimum of experience with Salesforce Order Management
- Hands on experience defining, implementing data sharing model (custom sharing and sharing calculations)
- Extensive experience developing advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, advanced complex triggers, Visualforce pages, SOQL, scheduled batch jobs, and SOAP/REST Integrations
- Proven experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies and running projects on Agile
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
- Proven experience working with diverse teams, including sales, customer service, IT, and operations to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Compensation:
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000
Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 10%
