As our next Account Manager, you will leverage your sales talent, strong communication skills, and proficiency in the Dutch language to help expand our presence in the Dutch market. Join us to launch your sales career in an international tech company!

 

Your team

You will be joining the Sales & Supply department, which consists of around 40 team members working across different markets. Our mission is to ensure that every tenant who is actively looking for accommodation can always find a home through our platform.

 

Your role 

You will be responsible for growing the inventory, the bookings and the revenue of private landlords within your assigned market(s). The position combines sales and account management tasks related to your portfolio of customers (private landlords).

  • Finding new leads through our current lead generation channels and identifying new channels and practices.
  • Cold outreach via calls and email to qualify, acquire, and reactivate prospects.
  • Conducting remote meetings and consistent follow-ups.
  • Onboard and educate private landlords on our products and services to maximise and accelerate their success.
  • Maintain and develop mutually beneficial relationships with your existing customers to maximise value and offer a great customer experience.
  • Negotiate with customers to maximise both the value we deliver and the value we capture (grow the account, upselling, etc.).
  • Planning business trips and attending industry events, in case it is required.
  • Collect and deliver customer feedback with a data-driven approach focused on delivering maximum value to customers.
  • Train and develop yourself in order to increase your sales performance and maximise your overall impact on the business.

 

Your profile

  • Fluent in English and native-level Dutch.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales is preferred.
  • Affinity with commercial processes and eager to learn and develop new skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
  • Adaptable, communicative, and goal-driven.
  • Energetic, optimistic, and a natural problem solver.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and motivates teammates.
