Maesa is currently seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join the team.

This person will be responsible for execution of sales plans and initiatives for business across specialty retail customers and brand customers; focus on enhancing business relationships and driving increased year over year sales through repeat business and new initiatives for this category of customer.

This role reports to Senior Vice President of Sales; and supports the annual sales plan within the organizational strategy and objectives.

This role is based in NYC and you will be expected in office a few days a week, at minimum. 

Responsibilities  

  • Implement and execute sales policies and practices
  • Ensure communications are coordinated and support sales plan objectives & meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the SVP, Sales
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis
  • Work closely with Marketing/Planning/Operations to ensure optimum customer service
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned

Qualifications  

  • Demonstrate a passion for beauty and personal care
  • 8-10 years of Sales experience in a related field
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment
  • Skilled at planning ahead to achieve desired outcomes
  • Organized, driven, and detail oriented
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Successful at managing multiple projects, without sacrificing the quality of work

What We Offer  

$130K/yr - $140K/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
