THE ROLE
As a Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure and Data Services, you will drive the product vision for Pure1’s scalable backend and real-time data architecture. You will own the roadmap for critical cloud-native services, partnering with engineering to deliver high-performance messaging, stream processing, and data lake capabilities. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical requirements into reliable platform features that power the next generation of Pure’s SaaS offerings.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive Product Strategy & Platform Vision: Define and execute a compelling roadmap for cloud infrastructure (Kafka, Flink, Iceberg) and public cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), ensuring architectural scalability aligns with Pure1’s long-term business goals and customer needs.

Lead Technical Execution & Operational Excellence: Champion initiatives across authentication, telemetry, and data pipelines, utilizing data-driven insights to monitor KPIs for reliability, latency, and uptime while ensuring operational readiness and supportability.

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Success: Act as the bridge between business objectives and technical implementation, collaborating deeply with Engineering, Security, and Customer Experience teams to evaluate trade-offs and deliver reusable, high-impact platform services.

Enhance Developer Enablement & Alignment: Foster a consistent infrastructure strategy across business units, aligning platform priorities with broader initiatives in AI Ops, analytics, and observability to streamline internal development and innovation.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in cloud-native infrastructure, platform services, or data platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, modern data architecture, and public cloud services.
- Skilled in working with technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache Iceberg, AWS/GCP, etc.
- Ability to apply a data-informed approach to prioritization and decision-making.
- Thrives in dynamic, evolving environments, experience with agile and iterative product development methodologies.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, CZ office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
