About the Role:

As an Originations Specialist, you will be assisting prospective consumers who have applied directly or indirectly with Reach Financial to consult and guide them toward the best lending option. In this position, your main responsibilities are to make phone calls to warm leads who have inquired about information on the service and convert those warm leads into clients. Newly appointed recruits will have to attend and pass a training seminar that will prepare agents for success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and consult the benefits of the loan product.
  • Assist clients with the loan application. Address any questions/concerns and provide a detailed overview of the TILA.
  • Support the Verification Team in collecting required documents to process clients’ applications.
  • Communicate findings and process improvements to Co-Captains, Team Leads, Managers, etc.
  • Consistently meet company sales standards provided by management and/or supervisor.
  • Comply with all Reach Financial company policies.

What You Should Have:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred in the following fields: finance, business management, communications, marketing, public relations, economics, accounting (business, communication or finance related fields)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be extremely reliable, dependable and responsible
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Analytical and mathematical skills are necessary.
