Our high-performance radars work in all weather and are designed for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft & drones, and security of borders, critical infrastructure, and smart cities. The company combines the patented technology of metamaterials with powerful software to create a radar sensor with unprecedented performance at commercial price points. Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).

Echodyne is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the sales process for contract renewals, including quoting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Process and administer renewal quotes and contracts while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide internal support to the field sales team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for renewal-related communications and processes.
  • Other related tasks required to fulfill the needs of the business.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer value.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.

DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE 
(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. 
  • Experience with perimeter security solutions.
  • Experience working with federal partners/integrators. 
  • Experience with UAS solutions and hardware.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the technology or hardware industry.

WHAT WE OFFER

The base salary for this position is $65,200 – $81,400 plus bonus / commission.
