Bloomreach is seeking an Intern AI Automation Specialist to build, scale, and maintain the intelligent automation layer powering our global GTM operations. In this role, you will be part of the AI Marketing Ops team, working to eliminate manual work and scale our marketing and pre-sales processes through smart automation, AI-powered workflows, and ruthless optimization. You'll ship automations that handle prospecting, research, data enrichment, CRM pipelines, outreach, intent tracking, and internal tooling — turning repetitive tasks into scalable systems that run 24/7. You'll experiment with the latest AI models, build integrations across our tech stack, and continuously optimize our automations for speed, reliability, and intelligence. The ideal candidate is obsessed with automation, experiments with cutting-edge AI tools and models, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and would rather spend 2 hours building an automation than 10 minutes doing a task manually.
Your salary starts 10 EUR per hour with the possibility to work from our Bratislava office or from home (Slovakia).
Your job will be to:- Build and ship AI-powered automations: Design and deploy workflows in N8N, Zapier or similar platforms that automate prospecting, research, data enrichment, outreach sequences, intent signal tracking, and CRM updates. Turn manual, repetitive GTM tasks into intelligent, scalable automations that save hours daily.
- Scale marketing and pre-sales processes globally: Take processes that work for 10 accounts and make them work for 1,000. Build automations that adapt to different regions, industries, and use cases without breaking. Ensure your workflows can handle volume, edge cases, and scale gracefully.
- Integrate and orchestrate across tools: Connect APIs from Salesforce, Clay, enrichment vendors, LLM platforms, web scrapers, intent tools, and internal systems. Build the glue logic that makes these tools work together seamlessly — passing data, triggering actions, and maintaining consistency.
- Experiment relentlessly with AI models and tools: Test GPT, Claude, Gemini, and every new model or AI tool that drops. Evaluate which models are best for prospecting, research, personalization, or analysis. Stay on top of AI news daily and bring fresh ideas to the team about what's possible.
- Maintain and optimize existing automations: Monitor performance, fix breaking workflows, update logic when APIs change, and continuously improve accuracy, speed, and cost. Own the operational health of your automations and make sure they stay reliable as the stack evolves.
- Build internal tools and integrations: Create dashboards, Slack bots, reporting scripts, or simple web apps that help the GTM team work faster. If there's a manual task someone does daily, build a tool that does it automatically.
- Run experiments and measure impact: Test new approaches — different prompts, models, data sources, outreach strategies — and measure what works. A/B test automations, track conversion rates, and iterate quickly based on data.
- Document and enable others: Write clear documentation for your automations so teammates can understand, troubleshoot, and extend them. Share knowledge and help non-technical team members leverage the tools you build.
- Within the first 30-60 days: You've shipped 3-5 meaningful automations that eliminate manual work for the GTM team — prospecting, enrichment, outreach, or reporting workflows. You've learned the tech stack, connected to key APIs, and become comfortable with N8N, Salesforce, and our data architecture. You're actively experimenting with AI models and bringing ideas to the team.
- After 60-90 days: You own a portfolio of 10+ automations running in production. You've scaled at least one process globally (e.g., prospecting automation works across EMEA, APAC, and Americas). You've integrated 2-3 new tools or data sources into the stack. Your automations are saving the team 20+ hours per week collectively.
- By 6 months: You're the go-to person for automation challenges. You've built and deployed 20+ automations covering prospecting, research, enrichment, pipeline management, outreach, and intent tracking. You've experimented with 5+ AI models and have clear opinions on which work best for different use cases. The GTM team confidently relies on your systems, and you're proactively identifying new automation opportunities before they're requested.
- You know how to work with APIs — reading docs, making requests, handling authentication, debugging responses, and building integrations. You've connected tools together and understand how data flows between systems.
- You have hands-on experience with automation tools like N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms. You can build workflows, handle conditional logic, parse data, and troubleshoot when things break.
- You're actively experimenting with AI models and tools. You've built side projects, "vibe coded" apps, or played with the latest AI technologies. You follow AI news, try new models when they drop, and get excited about what's possible.
- You check AI news and communities daily (Twitter/X, Reddit, Discord, newsletters) and stay on top of what's new in the space. You're curious, always learning, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- You hate manual, repetitive tasks — and your instinct is to automate them away. If someone asks you to do something twice, you'll build a system so no one has to do it a third time.
- You're comfortable learning quickly. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you're resourceful, scrappy, and can figure things out fast. You ask questions, research effectively, and ship quickly.
- You have a builder's mindset — you prefer doing to talking, you iterate fast, and you're comfortable with imperfection as long as it's progress. You'd rather ship an 80% solution today than a perfect one in three weeks.
- You can think in systems — understanding how automations fit together, where data comes from, what breaks when things change, and how to build workflows that are maintainable and reliable.
- You thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. You're excited to work in a space where the tools, models, and best practices are evolving weekly.
- You communicate clearly and can explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates. You're collaborative, helpful, and enjoy enabling others with the tools you build.
You'll get access to the latest AI technologies, tools, and courses — staying on the cutting edge as the field evolves. You'll work hands-on with LLMs, automation platforms, and GTM tools that most companies won't touch for years. You'll learn fast, ship real products, and build skills that set you apart in the AI-powered future of work.
