Senior Product Manager

Constructor’s mission is to enable all educational organisations to provide high-quality digital education to 10x people with 10x efficiency.

With strong expertise in machine intelligence and data science, Constructor’s all-in-one platform for education and research addresses today’s pressing educational challenges: access inequality, tech clutter, and low engagement of students.

• Lead market research to identify industry trends and new product opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies to inform product strategy
• Communicate product insights and recommendations to stakeholders and the leadership team
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers
• Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Analyse product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritise new features and functionalities

• 5+ years of experience working on software development projects as a program or product manager
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science)
• Strong understanding of scientific research and data analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Background in Science or/and experience in building AI-products or/and is curious about cutting-edge technologies will be a plus
