We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer for one of our PRIME CONTRACTS that extends through 2026 and offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise.  Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. Join a dynamic and forward-thinking team as a Senior Developer, where you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the development, testing, and deployment of innovative systems while learning to work with COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) products and integrations, particularly with PEGA services. You will gain hands-on experience in configuring, modernizing, and integrating PEGA services to meet evolving business needs, ensuring systems operate smoothly and efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in the development and deployment of systems, focusing on learning and working with PEGA and other relevant technologies. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, helping shape system configurations and integrations. 
  • Learn how to configure and modernize PEGA services to ensure they align with business needs and provide optimal user experiences. 
  • Assist in testing solutions to validate functionality, performance, and compatibility, ensuring high-quality deliverables. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, providing technical support to internal teams and end-users. 
  • Contribute to the upgrade process, including bug fixes and code enhancements, to improve overall system functionality. 
  • Address and resolve customer issues through support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. 
  • Participate in unit testing and other quality assurance activities to ensure that developed software is reliable and functions as intended. 
  • Work in an agile environment, proactively contributing to team success by tackling new challenges and learning from more experienced team members. 

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Twelve (12) years of experience in software development/engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline. Four (4) years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline can substitute for Two (2) years of experience.
  • PEGA Certification can substitute for One (1) year of experience.
  • Strong experience with PEGA platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting, along with familiarity with programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements, identify system improvements, and effectively troubleshoot issues to enhance application performance and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide timely and effective support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Must be able to work during core hours of Monday-Friday 10am-2pm. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $200,000-$265,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors, such as location, the individual’s education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
