Your Role at impact.com:

Joining impact.com as the Strategic Sales Lead for the French-speaking market (FR, BE, LU, CH) means playing a pivotal role in driving our growth within this region.  We are an established company but are growing out a team in France and looking for a senior sales leader to embrace an ambitious and rewarding challenge by partnering with the Country Manager to drive & accelerate growth and expand market penetration in France and French speaking regions. You will have the advantage of working in a start-up environment but with the benefits of an established company. If you are excited about using your creativity, value and consultative sales skills to maximise the potential of your current book of business then this role will allow you to thrive and lead the establishment of our new category. You will be modernising affiliate marketing and competing against traditional Ad solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Country Manager to build, adjust and Execute the Go To Market Strategy to expand market penetration as fast as possible with best in class sales efficiency
  • Responsible for building and growing your own book of business, selling to our top Named Accounts List and cross-selling through our multi product suite
  • You will engage your existing network from day 1 to build a strategic pipeline to whom you will deliver unmatched valuable solutions
  • You will work closely and be supported both by the Country Manager and an innovative local Growth outbound Marketing strategy
  • Achieving or exceeding individual quota bringing in new clients to Impact
  • Prior experience driving sales and business development in the affiliate marketing industry is essential
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the innovative and unmatched value of our Social Commerce Partnerships solutions
  • Work in Tag Teams with local Customer Success Manager, Publisher Development Manager and Solutions Architects to provide best in class pre-sales & post sales customer experience across 3 our 3 products (Creator, Performance & Advocate)
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating best in class pre-sales and post-sales customer experience in a Land & Expand fashion

 

What you’ll have 

  • Affiliate Marketing sales & business development experience and an extensive network to activate
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives in selling transformational projects
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem landscape across all channels.
  • Track record of success in carrying a quota, closing large accounts 
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Must work well in a team selling environment
  • Ability to travel
  • Fluent French and professional level English
  • Ideal working location at Morning Trévise co-working space (9ème)

Must Have:

  • Experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing

Preferred but not essential: 

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS
  • Influencer Marketing
