We are looking for a motivated Intern - Partner Business Developer to support our Local Partner Managers in developing and scaling commercial and technology partnerships across Southern Europe. You will contribute to business development activities, support ongoing initiatives, and help boost partner performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business development activities of key partners, including commercial support, identifying new business opportunities, and ongoing operational assistance;
  • Support the analysis of partner-generated opportunities and key metrics, helping prioritise and evaluate performance;
  • Assist with CRM updates, reporting, and dashboard preparation;
  • Conduct market and ecosystem research to identify potential new partners and opportunities;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing, etc.) to support partner-related workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in business development, partnerships, or account management is preferred;
  • Strong curiosity for business dynamics, particularly within ecommerce, fintech, and digital innovation;
  • Experiences that show an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach;
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.

  3. A case study to test your hard skills, that will be debriefed with the Hiring Manager;
