Summary:

Our Compliance & Ethics Learning Programs (CELP) team is seeking a highly motivated Compliance & Ethics (C&E) Hub Project Manager to provide essential project management and operational support for this critical employee resource platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with CELP team members, cross-functional partners, and subject matter experts to oversee site maintenance, implement enhancements, and manage daily program operations. Your efforts will also focus on triaging content requests and driving process improvements across platform & technology, reporting & measurement, and content workstreams. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong ability to balance strategic thinking, proactive problem solving, and critical analysis with tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple workstreams to successfully execute project plans.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and management at all levels to address strategic needs and key deliverables, while also contributing tactically to working teams.
  • Promote, implement, and deliver continuous operational improvements through problem-solving and solution-driven approaches.
  • Effectively manage competing priorities with excellent organizational skills.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and lead the creation of relevant project plans and timelines.
  • Propose solutions to manage stakeholder expectations and control project scope.
  • Standardize project, portfolio, and operational processes for improved efficiency.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest quality deliverables are completed within approved timelines and budgets.
  • Integrate and synthesize input from diverse teams—such as legal, engineering, data analytics, and technology—to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks, and solve challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of additional project/program management experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Proven experience leading departmental and enterprise-wide projects and facilitating meetings with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience in the learning and educational space within the technology or professional services industries.
  • Experience working on Legal, Security, Compliance, or Risk-related projects.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification(s).
  • Flexibility regarding location, as long as it is within the United States.

Role type: Contract 12 Month Position
