Account Manager (Mid Market)
Workshop is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to drive customer growth and help them achieve long term value. You’ll build strategic relationships with our mid-market customers, and identify growth opportunities for their organization.
As an Account Manager, you’ll identify customers within your segment that are ready to grow with Workshop - either through increased usage, or by adding to the features and channels they use. You’ll partner with a Customer Success Manager (CSM), who ensures these customers are finding value through adoption and engagement.
The most successful candidates will create strong customer relationships and execute a proactive value-aligned sales process, leading to highly engaged and successful customers.
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Build strong relationships with Workshop customers, aligning our solutions to successful customer outcomes
- Drive a proactive, thoughtful and intentional expansion process
- Partner with your CSM to ensure the best customer experience possible
Meet or exceed monthly growth targets
- Stay current on Workshop’s ever-expanding product offering
- Maintain accurate CRM records for relationship and deal management
To be successful in this position you’ll need:
- 2+ years experience in a relationship–based selling role; SaaS experience preferred
- Expert level Workshop product knowledge, with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing product catalog
- Proven track record of consistently achieving individual and team goals
- Comfort and expertise in managing multiple customer relationships with varying levels of complexity
- A proactive, positive and ambitious mindset
- To be an excellent communicator among both internal and external audiences
