About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Conductor, you will be a strategic partner to the business and the driving force behind our product’s success. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy for one of our flagship products, from shaping the narrative to executing flawless launches. You’ll join our high-performing marketing team and partner closely with R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into compelling messaging and content that drives real business impact. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of an industry’s AI transformation, see your impact across every department, and help define what best-in-class marketing looks like in the age of AI.

- In your first 30 days (Learn & Connect): You will focus on building foundational knowledge around our market, product, and audiences. You’ll meet with key partners in Product, Sales, and Customer Success, dive deep into our customer feedback and market research, and get hands-on with the Conductor platform to become a power user.
- In your first 60 days (Analyze & Contribute): You will move from learning to doing. You’ll partner on your first feature release, conduct a fresh competitive analysis for your product area, and draft your first pieces of messaging and sales collateral. You will start identifying gaps and opportunities in our current go-to-market strategy.
- In your first 90 days (Own & Influence): You will begin to take true ownership. You will be actively developing the go-to-market plan for a major upcoming launch, leading cross-functional planning meetings, and presenting your strategic recommendations to marketing and revenue leadership. You'll start establishing yourself as the go-to expert for your product area.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- End-to-End Go-to-Market: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for your product area, from strategic positioning and messaging to launch execution and sales enablement.
- Shape the Product Roadmap: Partner with Product and R&D to manage and communicate the external-facing product roadmap, ensuring internal teams and customers are aligned on our future direction.
- Create Compelling Content & Collateral: Create and repurpose a wide range of high-impact materials—including web copy, datasheets, product demo videos, case studies, and competitive guides—to support the entire customer journey.
- Educate and Enable Teams: Create effective sales enablement materials to empower our Sales and Customer Success teams with the knowledge and materials they need to win.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Translate deep customer insights and market data into a compelling narrative and clear value propositions that resonate in the market.
- Measure and Analyze Impact: Track, analyze, and report on the impact of product marketing initiatives, using data to inform our strategy and demonstrate business impact to stakeholders.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in product marketing, brand strategy, or agency/consulting roles.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS; experience working on AI products and/or MarTech products preferred.
- Track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies end-to-end.
- A proven ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and effective collateral that stands out in the market.
- Project management and collaboration skills in a high-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent hands-on skills, including compelling copywriting, building impactful presentations (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint), and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira). Basic familiarity with design (e.g., Figma, Canva), product analytics (Heap, Pendo), and data analysis tools (e.g., Looker, Excel) is a plus.
