What you’ll do

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the platform teams responsible for the product solutions:

• User interface and experience including but not limited to the design system, modular frontend building blocks, translations and localisations, the experimentation platform
• Communication, integration, and processing including but not limited to the communication platform (to send SMS, emails, and push notifications), the asynchronous jobs execution, the asynchronous and synchronous communication between services

The Platform domain mission is to build and maintain the common building blocks of our system with a "Platform as a Product" mindset. We abstract and simplify the use of these complex, critical components, enabling product teams to focus on their core mission: building products faster for healthcare professionals and patients.

You will lead high‑impact product initiatives that improve engineering efficiency, accelerate tech modernization, and raise the bar on software and system quality—balancing rapid iteration with robust governance, security, and compliance.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead four platform teams working on User interface/experience and Communication/integration/processing solutions to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for products used by 600+ engineers.
• Influence without authority across the platform organization to align multiple platform teams (infrastructure, applicative, security) on shared goals; ensuring cohesive solutions that serve the broader engineering ecosystem.
• Define the vision, success metrics, and own the product strategy for product bricks to balance developer velocity, quality and the scalability of our platform in adequacy with Doctolib’s goals.
• Champion platform adoption and developer enablement: design onboarding experiences, documentation, and self-service capabilities that reduce time-to-value for engineers.
• Drive discovery-to-adoption for platform innovations: identify bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle, run experiments and PoCs, validate impact on key metrics and scale successful patterns across all engineering teams.
• Apply platform engineering best practices (e.g. platform as a product, DevEx research, AI) to drive innovations

• Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform run in a distributed architecture through reusable components
• Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and React Native

• 8+ years in Product Management with ownership of complex, cross‑functional systems
• Have extended experience on technical products and platforms
• Are passionate about solving complex and technical problems
• Possess a strong experience developing/launching products in a large scale international B2B environment, where you need to change the foundations without slowing down the feature development pace
• Always put the user in the center of your work and want to be close to them
• Speak English & French at least on a C1 level
• Think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment
• Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset
