Job Description:
Our Senior Account Manager will play a key role in client relationship management, supporting account retention and growth across Elite Technology’s legal tech solutions. This remote position is ideal for a proactive and strategic professional who excels at building long-term partnerships and driving value for existing customers. The role involves leading account planning, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across a portfolio of law firms.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large law firm accounts across the UK and EMEA.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including CFOs, CIOs, and legal operations leaders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning them with Elite’s product offerings.
- Conduct regular business reviews to track success metrics and drive strategic engagement.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Elite’s product suite.
- Monitor account health, adoption trends, and client feedback to proactively address issues and mitigate churn risk.
- Partner with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Solutions Consulting to deliver client value.
- Maintain accurate tracking of activities, opportunities, and communications in Salesforce.
- Navigate complex client organizations to uncover new stakeholders and expand Elite’s footprint.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and growing existing client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers.
- Familiarity with ERP, legal tech, or financial management software preferred.
- Experience collaborating across departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset.
