We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead and oversee our creative initiatives across MoneyHero Group, managing agency partners and ensuring all creative outputs adhere to briefs, align with brand guidelines and uphold consistently high design standards.
This role combines creative leadership, campaign oversight and hands-on design execution, with a strong emphasis on building scalable creative systems, templates and design frameworks that enable speed, consistency and localisation across markets. The Senior Visual Designer will also play a key role in adopting and applying AI-assisted design tools in a practical, hands-on way — using them to enhance ideation, accelerate asset creation, support template-based execution and improve creative efficiency, while maintaining brand quality and control.
This is a regional role, with a primary focus on the Singapore and Hong Kong markets, working closely with marketing, growth and external agency partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Oversight and Ideation
- Create, update and enforce corporate and brand design standards, ensuring a consistent brand image across all channels and markets.
- Monitor design trends and industry best practices, including developments in AI-assisted creative and design workflows, recommending new approaches to keep brand output innovative, efficient and scalable.
- Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to internal teams and external agencies, including guidance on how and when AI tools should be used appropriately within the creative process.
- Ensure all creative outputs maintain high quality, consistency and alignment with briefs, brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and early-stage ideation, using AI tools where appropriate to explore concepts, visual directions and rapid iterations, while applying strong creative judgement.
Agency and Campaign Oversight
- Manage creative agency relationships across markets, ensuring clear communication, creative alignment and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign workflow, from brief development with marketing teams through to KV feedback, adaptations, approvals and final delivery.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into clear creative and design requirements, including expectations around reusable assets, modular layouts and template-driven execution.
- Set standards for scalable creative delivery, ensuring agencies design with localisation, adaptation and AI-enabled efficiencies in mind from the outset.
- Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines, quality expectations and operational requirements across channels and markets.
Hands-on Design, Templates and AI-Enabled Execution
- Step in to produce, adapt or refine creative assets during high-priority or time-sensitive campaigns, including presentations, internal and external communications, marketing assets and corporate materials.
- Design, build and maintain scalable creative templates and systems (e.g. Figma, Canva, presentation frameworks) that support rapid execution, localisation and consistent brand expression.
- Use AI-assisted design tools hands-on to support ideation, visual exploration, asset resizing, adaptation, versioning and workflow optimisation, while maintaining strong creative and brand control.
- Maintain up-to-date, practical knowledge of design tools and AI-enabled workflows in order to effectively guide agencies, challenge outputs and support internal stakeholders when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative or design roles, preferably in-house or agency.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Cantonese is a plus (Traditional Chinese for writing).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus), Figma and Canva.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools to support creative development, template creation, asset adaptation or workflow efficiency.
- Strong experience building and managing design systems, templates and modular creative frameworks that enable scale, speed and localisation across markets.
- Ability to define clear creative and design requirements and translate them into actionable outputs for agencies and partners.
- Strong project, agency and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign execution, ideation, template systems and scalable design thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Resourceful, independent and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regional environment.
- Experience working across multiple markets is a plus.
- Degree or Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of fintech, banking or insurance is a plus.
