About the role

We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer (Fullstack) who loves building real products, experimenting with AI technologies, and turning ideas into practical solutions. In this role, you will work across AI development, full-stack engineering, cloud deployment, and MLOps, contributing to AI-powered platforms used by real customers. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who want to grow into full-stack AI engineers; combining software engineering, machine learning, and cloud technologies in a hands-on environment.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and improve AI-powered features such as RAG pipelines, OCR, STT/TTS, and LLM-based tools.
• Prototype rapidly to test ideas and turn validated concepts into production-ready features.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and web applications that integrate AI capabilities using modern frameworks like React, Next.js, Node.js, or FastAPI.
• Support the deployment and operation of machine learning models, including data collection, labeling, and quality assurance.
• Deploy AI services on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and apply basic automation using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Monitor and improve system reliability through logging, alerting, and performance dashboards.
• Work collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional team and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, code quality, and best practices across engineering and AI development.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• 0–2 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong projects or internships are welcome.
• Good understanding of ML fundamentals and familiarity with libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI).
• Basic experience with cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker or containerization (nice-to-have).
