What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and coordinate campaign-related marketing campaigns. Collaborate with BDs, local market managers and other teams to ensure effective execution.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance. Optimize campaign settings to improve conversion rates with a data-driven approach.
- Improve user experience and backend system to attract inbound traffic.
- Responsible for the daily execution of campaigns, working closely with technical and business teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Strengthen and improve the foundational product infrastructure of the campaign lifecycle.

Design, implement, and refine product operational processes to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and risk management of campaign activities.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have a good track record of collaborating across teams such as sales, operations, design, marketing, product and data analytics.
- Possess a strong interest in the Web3/Crypto/Blockchain industry.
- Good logical thinking, communication, and learning abilities.
