As Relyance AI’s Manager, Software Engineering - AI Governance, you will lead the delivery of our next-generation AI Governance product and then lead a global team continuing to build out the offering. You will be responsible for the technical vision, strategy, and execution of critical software initiatives that are the future of Relyance AI.
As a Manager, Software Engineering, your role will include:
- Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and career development.
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top engineering talent.
- Planning, prioritizing, and executing software development projects.
- Working closely with product management to define product roadmaps.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $205,000 - $230,000.
