About the role

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping the Sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to drive performance and efficiency throughout the sales process. This role focuses on developing and maintaining training programs, onboarding new team members, and managing enablement content to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging and execution. It involves close collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, implement certifications, and optimize systems and processes that impact sales productivity.

What you’ll do
  • Enhance Sales Capabilities: Develop and deliver training programs that improve the skills, knowledge, and processes of our sales team to boost performance metrics.
  • Support Cross-Functional Requests: Respond to requests from Sales Leadership, Product, Underwriting, and Customer Servicing to address and prioritize enablement needs as they arise. 
  • Field Engagement: Regularly engage with sales managers and representatives to understand customer interactions and tailor enablement materials accordingly. 
  • Create Enablement Training Content: Design and deliver onboarding quizzes, training modules specific to team handoffs, management training modules, and consistent messaging guides. 
  • Internal Certifications: Ideate, scope, plan, and execute future internal certification programs to standardize knowledge and skills. 
  • Content Management: Catalog and maintain all training content and supporting materials for onboarding and ongoing sales training, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. 
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales hires by activating appropriate systems and trainings.
What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in real estate transactional sales and/or finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and training team members on HubSpot. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to hold stakeholders accountable. 
  • Proficiency in Aircall or other major telephony systems, Notion, Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint), HubSpot, Sigma, Zoom, and Loom or other video recording tools, experience with any major learning management system and enablement type tools. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with leaders across multiple functions 
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, dynamic environment.

Target base compensation is $135,000 annually. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Additionally, Unlock’s Total Rewards package is highly competitive, designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play – such as 401K matching, health benefits, employee stock options and paid time off.
