Job Title: International Marketing Support Team Lead

At a time of hypergrowth, LTK is seeking an experienced Marketing Support Team Lead to oversee and guide the execution of marketing programs and merchandising campaigns across our key international focus markets: UK, Germany, and Australia, with lighter-touch support for France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

This role is ideal for someone with broad marketing expertise, strong operational skills, and proven experience leading teams across regions. The Team Lead will ensure campaign excellence, optimize processes, and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional partners globally.

In this role, your job is to be the guardian of marketing excellence and to ensure the effective and efficient execution of all marketing activity across the International regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a small team of Marketing Support Specialists, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and high-quality output.
  • Act as the main point of contact for international campaign execution and performance.
  • Oversee the implementation of global marketing and merchandising programs across multiple international markets.
  • Guide the adaptation of campaigns to regional needs and cultural contexts.
  • Ensure campaign setup and deployment across email, CRM, and digital channels (e.g., Braze, Hubspot).
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and training to elevate execution quality.
  • Track and report on marketing activity performance, highlighting key metrics, customer engagement, and channel effectiveness.
  • Consolidate and present insights for stakeholders in clear, visual formats.
  • Lead initiatives to improve processes, tools, and workflows for scalability and efficiency.
  • Drive A/B testing and optimization strategies, ensuring findings are shared and applied across regions.
  • Benchmark communications performance to identify best practices.
  • Partner with Content, Creative, Analytics, and Local Market teams to ensure seamless and impactful campaign execution.
  • Coordinate marketing activity timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on track and within scope.

What you bring to LTK

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in marketing, operations, or campaign management
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels, systems, and tools.
  • Ability to mentor and guide a team, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable insights.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-moving environment
  • A growth mindset with a focus on operational excellence
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Braze, Hubspot, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong data skills (Excel/Google Sheets – pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization).
  • Experience in CRM or marketing operations leadership.
  • Familiarity with paid marketing campaigns and analytics tools (Looker, GA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of LTK Creator and LTK Shopping apps is a plus.
