The team is currently responsible for the intake of work for non-CRM parts of the business into CRM, as well as the management of a subset of our dashboards. The Enterprise Operations AI Intern will support these efforts by helping streamline intake processes and improve data accuracy and visibility through automation and AI-driven insights. This internship will contribute to operational efficiency by enhancing reporting, identifying process gaps, and enabling more scalable, data-informed decision-making across the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Design, build, and test AI agents and copilots using internal platforms and frameworks to support enterprise workflows and operational use cases.
Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and logic chains to improve agent reliability, accuracy, and task automation.
Automate current reports and data loads for PowerBI dashboards
Rollout Agents to portfolio teams

Qualifications

Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts, especially large language models (LLMs), chatbots, or copilots.
Basic experience with prompt engineering, workflow design, or building simple automatio
Basic proficiency in scripting languages for prototyping and integrations.
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations (preferred but not required).
