We’re looking for forward-thinking iGaming leaders to lead the creation of a next-generation front end experience for a globally recognized brand operating in 20+ countries. In this role, you’ll drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a unique, user-centric product interface that sets new standards in design and functionality. Working closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders, you’ll ensure our product not only reflects cutting-edge UI/UX trends but also delivers a seamless, engaging experience tailored to diverse international markets.

What You’ll Be Driving:
  • Designing and implementing scalable and efficient software architectures;
  • Writing, testing, and debugging complex code for new and existing software applications;
  • Providing guidance and mentorship for engineers and team members;
  • Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and best practices;
  • Ensuring that the developed solution is constantly meeting the performance metrics;
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for software development and system design;
  • Leading and managing software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality (shared responsibility with Delivery Manager);
  • Identifying and resolving complex software issues and technical challenges;
  • Developing and enforcing testing protocols to ensure software reliability and performance;
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including presenting technical concepts and project updates;
  • Delivering code to production in a timely manner according to business expectations.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
  • 5–7 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a proven record of building products from the ground up or leading complex projects end-to-end;
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and leading a team of engineers, including hiring, performance evaluation, setting goals, and fostering career growth;
  • Strong experience in designing and optimizing SSR and hybrid SSR/Static web applications in modern frameworks, including caching and performance metrics (TTFB, LCP, CLS);
  • Knowledge of networking, security protocols, proxies, CDNs, and browser internals;
  • Understanding of modern web architectures, HTTP/WebSockets, REST APIs, and performance optimization;
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and asynchronous programming, including DOM, Web APIs, and modular code;
  • Strong TypeScript knowledge, including static typing and advanced types;
  • Solid skills in semantic HTML and CSS, preprocessors, responsive design, and animations;
  • Deep understanding of React, component patterns, and advanced state management;
  • Experience with build tools, Webpack, module federation, and package managers;
  • Proficiency in testing tools, writing complex test cases, and setting up test environments;
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred);
  • Knowledge of SDLC models, Git, clean code principles, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
