Growth Marketing Specialist

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist the team in reporting of various paid marketing channels and app stores across different parts of the funnel.
• Assist the team with budget management and reporting to ensure accurate pacing. 
• Analyze channel performance reports and make optimization recommendations to marketing managers.
• Work cross-functionally with the internal Creative team, Business Intelligence team, and with external agencies to better the performance of marketing.
• Help with one-off marketing tests (channels, creatives etc) as and when required.
• Builds reports and decks to share learnings with the larger organization. 

Qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 2-3 years of experience managing / reporting on digital media channels such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Programmatic Display, CTV, etc. Both brand and agency experience are welcome.
• Experience with mobile ad buying a plus.
• Excellent with numbers and excel. You are good at digging data and parsing out signals that can meaningfully have an impact on campaign performance. 
• Attention to detail. You understand the importance of getting seemingly small things right. 
• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with marketing managers, creative teams, analytics teams as well as external agencies and publishers. 
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at MyFitnessPal ranges from $71,000 - $106,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
