Your Mission 🎯

Lead the strategic development of our B2B software ecosystem by:

- Enhancing our Cloud and Desktop software propositions

Your Responsibilities 💪

Strategic Product Management
- Translate company vision into a clear, actionable product strategy
- Conduct in-depth market and customer research
- Engage directly with large B2B organizations to understand their needs
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps
- Identify and capitalize on new monetization opportunities

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the internal and external ambassador for our software solutions
- Support sales and marketing teams in product positioning
- Collaborate closely with resellers and key customers
- Facilitate smooth communication across internal teams and external stakeholders

Product Integration & Experience
- Manage customer-facing self-service portal
- Ensure seamless integration with existing software and hardware ecosystems
- Partner with finance and administration teams to optimize customer transaction processes
- Support smooth workflow management for subscriptions and customer interactions
