Job Title: Senior System Administrator (Infrastructure & DevOps)

Purpose of the Job

The role is to support, design, and implement Infrastructure and DevOps practices to ensure smooth delivery, scalability, and reliability of applications. The engineer will work on automation, cloud (AWS), container orchestration, CI/CD, and performance monitoring. Additionally, the role will involve learning and applying AI-driven monitoring, automation, and predictive insights to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure & Automation

    • Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
    • Automate routine tasks to improve system reliability and reduce manual interventions.

  • Cloud & Containerization

    • Deploy and manage AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, ECS, EKS.
    • Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and ECS.

  • CI/CD & Deployment

    • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster, reliable software delivery.
    • Integrate testing and security into pipelines (shift-left approach).

  • Monitoring & Performance

    • Use APM tools (AppDynamics, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana) to monitor system health.
    • Work with AI-driven monitoring tools for predictive alerts, anomaly detection, and automated incident resolution.

  • Collaboration & Best Practices

    • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments.
    • Contribute to DevOps best practices and documentation.
    • Explore AI/ML integrations in DevOps workflows (e.g., intelligent log analysis, auto-scaling predictions, capacity planning).
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience: 4+ years in Infrastructure & DevOps.
  • Cloud: Hands-on with AWS services – EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, RDS, IAM.
  • Automation: Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (Python/Shell).
  • CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
  • Containers: Kubernetes deployment and cluster management.
  • Monitoring: Familiarity with APM tools (Prometheus, Grafana, open telemetry, or similar).
  • Exposure to AI in DevOps – anomaly detection, predictive scaling, intelligent alerting, or AI-powered observability tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in agile environments.

  • Work from the Office (5 days a week)
