Your Role: We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – CRM & Retention to lead the development of a highly personalized, data-driven CRM experience. This is a strategic, hands-on role designed for someone who understands lifecycle marketing and knows how to activate customer context across multiple touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in crafting automated experiences that drive engagement and lifetime value at scale.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Define and execute the CRM & retention product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs

  • Lead the development of automated, personalized customer journeys across email, in-app, push, and other relevant channels

  • Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to leverage behavioral and contextual data for real-time targeting and segmentation

  • Work closely with lifecycle marketing to integrate campaign strategies into scalable product solutions

  • Utilize vector databases and AI to drive contextual targeting and recommendation logic

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), run A/B tests, and iterate based on data insights

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously bring innovative CRM practices into the business

What You'll Need:
  • At least 5 years of experience in retention marketing within a B2C or digital product environment

  • Proven success driving user engagement and business outcomes with data-led CRM strategies

  • Strong understanding of user data, segmentation, and multi-channel journey orchestration

  • Technical mindset with experience in data structures and personalisation logic

  • Proficient in analyzing KPIs and working with complex datasets

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and LLM-powered platforms

  • Background in personalization at scale using advanced data techniques
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

  • Experience mentoring or leading teams—or a clear drive to grow into a leadership role

Nice If You Have:
  • Familiarity with vector databases or CRM systems integrated with large language models (LLMs)

  • Experience building AI-driven workflows in CRM environments
