Your Role:
As Full Stack Developer (CRM), you'll collaborate closely with product, data, and operations teams to build robust features that drive customer engagement and internal efficiency. This is a unique opportunity for a full stack expert who enjoys working across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs, databases) while also bringing experience with CRM platforms and integration best practices.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Utilize your expertise in PHP and Symfony to design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable backend solutions.
- Leverage Vue.js and SSR to create dynamic, high-performance user interfaces.
- Architect and implement CRM integration (e.g., Braze, Iterable, or similar), enabling data synchronization and automation between internal systems and the CRM platform.
- Build and maintain APIs and backend services for CRM data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver feature-rich, user-friendly applications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and maintainability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously learning and integrating emerging technologies into development processes.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience as Senior Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of driving projects to success.
- Expertise in PHP/Symfony, Vue.js and a strong grasp of SSR, mastering its intricacies and best practices.
- Experience working with and integrating CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, etc.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, CRM custom objects, and CRM-side configuration is a plus.
- Experience with Git and deployment processes for smooth transitions from development to production.
- A problem-solving mindset, with strong analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows, utilizing tools like Cursor or similar AI coding assistants to boost development efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Nice If You Have:
- Prior experience leading CRM integrations end-to-end.
- Experience with data analytics tools or CRM reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with database management systems (mysql, Postgres) and proficiency in ORM frameworks (ideally doctrine).
- Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to ensure seamless UI/UX.
