- 3+ years of BD / growth / community experience in DeFi, DEX, Crypto Exchanges
- Proven success with referral / commission / rebate‑based user acquisition models
- Track record in building or managing ambassador / community node / super-team frameworks
- Deep network across global Web3 communities, KOLs, builders, and ecosystems
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) for global coordination, another language is a plus
- High execution orientation, self-drive, resilience, and ability to thrive in decentralized, fast-moving environments
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable optimizing strategies based on performance metrics
- Prior experience in designing and managing decentralized ambassador programs or community-driven growth initiatives
- Familiarity with OKX DEX or similar on-chain referral / rebate mechanics
- Knowledge of onchain ecosystems (Solana, Base, EVM chains) and their community dynamics
