Job Responsibilities:
- Work with product marketing team to document and gain consensus on the product vision
- Analyze the product’s market performance, market data, competitive intelligence, customer and partner input, internal professional and technical support services and other key data sources to define the prioritize the product features
- In partnership with product marketing define, communicate, defend and maintain the product roadmap
- Create user stories for development and propagate them to the marketing, sales, and support teams.
- Deliver the detailed requirements to the development team and work together on delivering them according to an agreed to and committed schedule and priority
- Be responsible for timely delivery of high-quality products in accordance with mutually agreed project plans
- Experience working with enterprise-class data analysis tools including exposure to process analysis / process mining solutions
- Experience in a product decision-making role. With an emphasis on product strategy and execution
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
- Proven track record working closely with Product Marketing and Sales to deliver high impact product releases
- Experienced in formulating data-based business decisions and crafting proposals to pitch ideas to management
- Familiar with agile environment and the SCRUM process with hands-on experience working with or communicating to a team of developers
- Well-versed in stakeholder alignment and keeping a project on track
- Strategic thinker able to partner with multiple stakeholders for cost/value analysis
Job Requirements:
- 10 years of product leadership experience (PM or PMM preferred)
- Product level ownership and accountability
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
- Ability to define product requirements and roadmaps
- Experienced in formulating data-based business decisions and crafting proposals to pitch ideas to management
- Familiar with agile environment and the SCRUM process with hands-on experience working with or communicating to a team of developers
- Well-versed in stakeholder alignment and keeping a project on track
- Strategic thinker able to partner multiple stakeholders for cost/value analysis
Salary Range:
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $142,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
