129.Technical Lead (AI & Full Stack)

We’re looking for a Technical Lead (AI & Full Stack) to join Source Meridian.

Source Meridian is a development software company that works to solve the industry’s most challenging problems in healthcare practices. We are laser focused on specific technologies in the healthcare and life science industries: Healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, and healthcare interoperability.

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable software and data architecture solutions, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and AWS cloud technologies.
This role combines hands-on technical contribution, team leadership, and direct client interaction.

• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, quality, and scalability.

• Design and implement full stack solutions and robust software and data architectures.

• Actively contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions, including projects implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

• Define and execute testing strategies, being fully hands-on and self-sufficient (Playwright).

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Mentor and support team members, fostering technical and professional growth.

• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools and vibe coding practices to improve development efficiency and code quality.

• 10+ years of experience in IT.

• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams.

• Strong functional Full Stack background.

• Solid experience with AWS, including:

  • Bedrock

  • Agent Core

  • DynamoDB

  • AWS Lambda

  • Step Functions

• Programming languages and frameworks:

  • Python

  • JavaScript

  • React

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer working with LLMs.

• Hands-on experience delivering RAG-based solutions (AI + Data).

• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Testing: fully self-sufficient, with hands-on experience using Playwright (must design, execute, and maintain tests).

• Experience with:

  • Software and Data Architecture

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• English level C1 (required).
