What You’ll Be Working On:  Your Mission
  • Architect and lead the development of sophisticated, customer-facing features that delight our users and drive business impact
  • Mentor and guide engineers across the organization, elevating team capabilities through code reviews, technical design reviews, and knowledge sharing
  • Drive technical strategy and make critical architectural decisions that shape the future of our platform
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Champion engineering excellence through best practices, testing strategies, and system reliability improvements
  • Lead technical initiatives from conception to production, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Optimize performance and scalability of critical systems serving global brands and millions of creators
Our Tech Stack:

Tooling: GitHub, Jira, VS Code, Cursor, Storybook, Auth0AI agentic coding encouraged and supported What We’re Looking For:
  • 10+ years experience building and shipping exceptional web applications at scale
  • Deep expertise in both frontend and backend development, with proven ability to work across the full stack
  • Strong architectural skills with experience designing and implementing complex, distributed systems
  • Proven track record of technical leadership, including mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives
  • Excellence in system design, including APIs, microservices, database architecture, and performance optimization
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences
  • Ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to production
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with production systems at scale, including monitoring, debugging, and incident response
 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience leading or architecting mobile-friendly PWAs or React Native applications
  • Deep knowledge of analytics tools, CRM systems, or marketing tech
  • Interest in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, or content creation

The base salary for this role is between $200,000-240,000. This role will not be eligible for bonuses.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
