About Tomorrow Health

Tomorrow Health enables exceptional healthcare for patients and their families in the place they want to be most — home. At Tomorrow Heath, we build technology that rewires the way home-based care is ordered, delivered, and paid for. Tomorrow Health connects patients, providers, health plans, and home-based care suppliers, to ensure patients receive the correct and timely care they need to remain healthy at home.

We believe that a team’s strength is in its people. Our goal is to raise the industry standard for patient experience, and we realize this cannot be achieved without a team that reflects the vast diversity in race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and set of experiences and perspectives of the patients we serve. We believe in putting patients first, that many perspectives are stronger than one, and in treating those we serve just as we would our own family members. If you’re passionate about improving healthcare delivery, leveraging technology to serve people, and working in a collaborative, diverse environment, we hope you’ll join us.

The Team

The Product team is a crucial part of the Technology organization at Tomorrow Health. Our mission is to drive significant business impact through strategic technology investments. We focus on transforming the broken, complex, and manual workflows in home care, making it easier for people to access the lifesaving equipment and supplies they need. By simplifying these processes, we aim to reduce costs, increase speed, enhance transparency, and improve reliability, ultimately making the home the preferred place of care for better patient outcomes.

Our products serve a diverse set of users – doctors, insurance companies, medical equipment suppliers, and care coordinators – and ultimately enable us to deliver a higher quality patient experience. Our mission-driven team is highly collaborative, supportive, empathetic, curious, and driven by impact. We are obsessed with using AI to re-architect how care works in the home while maintaining the safety, trust, and warmth that great care requires.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead a critical product area building and iterating on our best-in-class solutions for health plans, care coordination teams, and healthcare providers.

As Staff Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-impact products.

Responsibilities

  • Define the Vision & Strategy
    • Develop and communicate a compelling multi-year vision for AI native products and their role in Tomorrow Health’s ecosystem.
    • Translate that vision into a clear roadmap with well-defined milestones and success metrics.
  • Own the End-to-End Product Lifecycle
    • Drive discovery with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, workflows, and edge cases.
    • Write clear PRDs, prioritize ruthlessly, and partner with Design and Engineering to bring features from concept to launch.
  • Design AI-First Care Experiences
    • Identify and prioritize AI use cases (e.g., care plan guidance, documentation summarization, proactive risk alerts, workflow assistance).
    • Work with Data/ML and Engineering to design data pipelines, model integrations, and guardrails that keep experiences safe and compliant.
  • Deliver Measurable Impact
    • Define and track metrics related to service quality, customer experience, operational efficiency, and data completeness.
    • Run experiments and rapid iterations to optimize adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Partner Across the Organization
    • Collaborate with Operations and Clinical leaders to ensure product decisions reflect real-world constraints and needs.
    • Partner with Growth to ensure the product supports acquisition, retention, and payor value propositions.
  • Champion Safety, Trust, and Equity
    • Work with Legal, Compliance, and Clinical to ensure safe, equitable, privacy-preserving use of AI.
    • Anticipate failure modes and edge cases; build mitigations into product design.

About You

  • 7–10+ years of product management experience, including Staff-level or equivalent scope (e.g., owning a major product area or platform).
  • Significant experience building complex products in healthcare, AI/ML, or other high-stakes domains.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven products:
    • Comfortable with concepts like LLMs, embeddings/RAG, prompt design, guardrails, and evaluation.
    • Experience taking at least one AI/ML-powered product from concept to launch.
  • Proven track record of driving meaningful business and customer outcomes, not just shipping features.
  • Excellent product sense, with a bias toward simple, intuitive experiences that serve non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills; comfortable working with data, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to align executives and cross-functional partners around a clear strategy.
  • Deep empathy, humility, and a mission-driven mindset toward improving care for patients and families.

Benefits

  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision benefits
  • HSA and FSA (Dependent Care and Commuter)
  • Fully covered membership in One Medical for on-demand primary care, and Teladoc for 24/7 virtual care
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all caregivers
  • Free mental health support with BetterUp through CONCERN EAP
