THE ROLE 📝
This role is specifically to join the UI team, helping to grow and extend the capabilities of our operational tooling. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in evolving our suite of operational tools adding powerful features that drives efficiency, unlocks new capabilities, and creates value for both our internal teams and our customers.
You’ll be hands-on with development in Vue.js for the frontend and Go for the backend, while collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing technical strategy, and driving projects from concept to production. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the evolution of our UI and operational toolset, collaborating closely with our experienced UI lead and supporting him with back-end development expertise, while contributing ideas and best practices within the scope of the UI team.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in front-end development with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (Vue.js)
- Proficiency in back-end development with Go
- Strong backend experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of security best practices in software development
Desirable
- Exposure to event-driven and microservices architectures
- Experience with integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) via open standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

The UI team is a small, focused group responsible for all UI products within Form3 including Operational tooling, documentation and the Form3 website.
