iRely is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Development Team, focusing on the Financial Accounting Module of our software product. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and the competitiveness of our software offerings. Based on experience, candidates may also be considered for the Senior Product Manager position.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Demonstrate General Finance modules to prospects and customers.
  • Configure Chart of Accounts based on the customers financial accounting needs.
  • Study the industry requires for Financial Accounting to create roadmap for the software product.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and test plans.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with development teams to provide guidance and clarification on business requirements, ensuring that the delivered solutions meet the desired outcomes.
  • Perform system testing, validate the functionality of developed solutions, and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
  • Able to provide training for new member onboarding and when new features are delivered.
  • Analyze root cause issue and implement corrective actions to reduce future issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in European Financial Accounting.
  • Over ten years’ experience in Business Analysis
    • Conduct business process reviews with customers
    • Documenting business requirements, preparing statement of work and design solutions for the product
    • Breaking down business requirements to user stories
    • Product Demonstrations and training to customers
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Experience working with European customers as a Business Analyst or Software Implementor.
  • Experience working Financial Accounting
    • Knowledge of European Financial Accounting standards.
    • Standard Financial Accounting Reports
    • Fixed Assets
    • Lease Accounting
  • Experience or Knowledge of US Financial Accounting is a plus.
  • High Ownership Attitude
  • Experience in implementing software solutions is a plus.
