Experience: Min experience of 5+ years working in the IT field leading manual and automation testing.
Key responsibilities
- Close collaboration with other delivery teams, technical support teams and business stakeholders
- Develop end-to-end testing strategies and prepare test plans through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
- Create tests to identify software problems
- Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
- Document results of tests for the software development team
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
- Works together with the software development to enhance and improve quality of the software.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Qualifications and expertise:
- B-Tech, B.E, MCA
- Proven experience as a manual and automation tester.
Good debugging skills and trouble-shooting.
Experience in one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Intern or Selenium
Experience in CI/CD, agile methodologies and cloud services (AWS preferred)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Hands on experience with shell scripting
Experience in system functional and performance testing.
Experience in version controls system (git, svn) and bug tracking tools (bugzilla, jira)
