We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a B.Tech graduate who is passionate about programming, problem-solving, and learning new technologies. You will work closely with experienced engineers and clients to develop, test, and support software solutions in a collaborative remote environment.

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C, C++, and Java

• Apply algorithmic thinking and logical problem-solving to real-world scenarios

• Work with SQL for basic database queries and data handling

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

• Prepare basic documentation and reports using MS Word and Excel

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

• Interact confidently with internal stakeholders and clients when required

• Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and best practices

• Education: B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline

• Strong foundational knowledge of C, C++, Java, and algorithm writing

• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases

• Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude

• Confidence to interact with clients and stakeholders professionally

• Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts

• Basic understanding of OOP concepts and data structures

• Internship or academic project experience in software development
