We’re hiring a Web3 Growth Marketer to help us grow our presence organically in crypto communities. You’ll work onsite with a fast-moving team in Ho Chi Minh City—no remote work—collaborating closely with marketing, community, and content teams to create authentic engagement and build awareness in a natural, non-shilly way.
- What will you be working on?
- Join crypto-related Telegram and Discord communities and blend in naturally.
- Chat casually, hang out, and build genuine rapport with group members.
- Share reports, articles, and updates in a way that feels organic—like sharing with friends, not promoting.
- Spark discussion and clicks through thoughtful, well-timed posts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on what content to share and when.
- Track community reactions and iterate on approach for better engagement.
- Stay up to date with Web3 trends, memes, and community culture.
- About you
- You’re based in Ho Chi Minh City — this is an onsite role only.
- Fluent in English, especially writing — you’ll be posting in English-speaking groups.
- Deep understanding of crypto culture and group dynamics.
- Naturally social and a strong communicator — you know how to read the room.
- Creative, strategic, and subtle — you understand the difference between “sharing” and “shilling”.
- Bonus: experience in community management, crypto Twitter, or creating memes/posts that go viral.
- Our hiring process begins by meeting with our People Team, who help facilitate the process of placing you in your new role. You can expect to share your experience and ideas in online video interviews with our hiring team, made up of management and potential new colleagues.
- If you have experience in developing trading systems or financial-related products is a plus.
- You can prepare for this interview by mentally organizing your strategies and opinions on topics such as Web3, cryptocurrency trading platforms, and your vision of how to succeed.
